Electrical work that passes inspection the first time.
Panel upgrades, rewiring, lighting and commercial distribution — handled by the same six-person crew that quotes the job, with permits where required and photos of every stage.
From the meter base to the last switch plate.
Four kinds of work make up most of our electrical calls. All of them get the same treatment: clear scope, pulled permits, labeled circuits, photographed stages.
Panel upgrades & 200-amp services
Plenty of homes around Conroe still run on 100-amp panels or fuse boxes that were never sized for today’s AC, kitchen and EV loads. We replace them with full 200-amp meter-main services — new breakers, proper grounding, clean labeling.
- Load calculation before we quote
- Permit and utility coordination handled for you
- Every breaker labeled before we leave
Whole-home rewiring & rough-in
New-construction rough-in on builder schedules, or replacing the aluminum and cloth-wrapped wiring hiding in older walls. Either way, the runs are clean, code-compliant and photographed before the drywall closes.
- Rough-in for new builds and additions
- GFCI and AFCI protection where code requires it
- Photo record of every wall before it closes
Lighting design & installation
Recessed cans, exterior soffit lines, track and accent lighting — laid out on purpose, not just where the old boxes happened to be. We plan the layout with you, then cut once.
- Recessed and track lighting, inside and out
- Exterior soffit lighting with clean trim lines
- Ceiling fan and light fixture replacement
- Chandeliers, pendants and accent LED
Commercial buildouts & distribution
Warehouses, offices and retail spaces: 480V three-phase distribution, EMT conduit bent straight and racked level, scissor lifts and trenching included. Built to the drawings, ready for the inspector.
- 480V three-phase distribution and metering
- EMT conduit runs, racked and level
- Tenant buildouts and site lighting
Signed, photographed, on file.
You should never have to wonder what is behind your walls — or who stands behind it. Every electrical job we finish leaves a paper trail you can hold us to.
2 years
Written workmanship warranty
Every job carries a 2-year written warranty — 5 years on new construction. If something we wired fails, we come back and make it right.
Every stage
Photographed and archived
Rough-in, connections, final panel — each stage is photographed and kept on file. You get proof of what was done, not just an invoice.
Straight answers.
Have a different question? Ask us directly
When should I upgrade my electrical panel?
If breakers trip regularly, the panel is a fuse box, you see rust or heat marks, or you are adding a generator, EV charger or major remodel on a 100-amp service, it is time to look. We check panel condition and capacity during the free on-site estimate.
Do you pull permits for electrical work?
Yes. We pull the required permits, schedule the city or county inspections and photograph the work at every stage. Permitted work protects your insurance coverage and your resale value.
Can you add a dedicated circuit for an EV charger?
Yes. We run a dedicated 240-volt circuit sized for your charger, do the load calculation first, and tell you honestly whether your panel needs an upgrade before the charger goes in.
Do you handle commercial electrical projects?
We do. Our crew handles tenant buildouts, 480V three-phase distribution, EMT conduit and site lighting for businesses within about 50 miles of Conroe.
