Generac Authorized Dealer

When the grid goes down, your house doesn’t.

We size, permit, install and maintain whole-home standby generators across Greater Houston — Generac first, Kohler and Champion too. One crew handles the pad, the gas line, the transfer switch and the city inspection.

Why standby power

Built for the way Texas loses power.

Hurricane season runs June through November. Summer heat works the grid hard, and every few winters a freeze does the rest. None of that is news to anyone who lives here — the question is what your house does in the minutes after the power drops.

A standby generator answers that automatically. It senses the outage, starts itself, and carries the loads you chose — AC, refrigerator, well pump, medical equipment, or the whole 200-amp panel — until utility power returns. No extension cords, no gas cans, no one even needs to be home.

Equipment

Three brands. One standard of install.

We are a Generac Authorized Dealer, and we install Kohler and Champion systems to the same spec. We will tell you plainly which unit fits your panel, your fuel service and your budget.

Generac

Authorized Dealer

Our flagship line. Factory-backed equipment, dealer-direct warranty support, and the brand we install and service most across Greater Houston.

Kohler

Quiet, well-built standby units. We install and maintain them when they are the right fit for the home and its fuel service.

Champion

A straightforward option for essential-circuit and whole-home coverage, installed and maintained to the same permitted, inspected standard.

The install

What a DG generator install includes.

From the first site visit to the city’s final sticker, the same six-person crew owns every stage — and photographs each one for your records.

  1. 01

    Site visit & load sizing

We walk the property, check your panel and fuel service, and calculate the loads you actually need covered. The estimate is free and in writing.

  2. 02

    Permit

We pull the electrical and gas permits with your city or county before any work starts. You never chase paperwork.

  3. 03

    Pad, gas & electrical

We set the concrete pad, run and pressure-test the gas line, and rough in the wiring back to your panel.

  4. 04

    Transfer switch wiring

The automatic transfer switch is mounted, wired and labeled so the handoff between utility and generator power is instant and safe.

  5. 05

    Startup, commissioning & inspection

We commission the unit, run it under load, and walk the city inspector through the job until it passes.

  6. 06

    Maintenance plan

Before we leave, you get the full photo documentation, your 2-year written workmanship warranty, and an affordable maintenance plan to keep the unit ready.

After the install

A generator is only as good as its last service.

Standby units run a brief self-test every week, but oil, filters and batteries still age — like a car that mostly sits. Our affordable post-install maintenance plans keep your unit on the manufacturer’s service schedule, so it starts when the weather says so.

  • Service visits on the manufacturer’s schedule
  • Photo documentation of every visit, kept on file
  • The same 24/7 line that installed it answers when something is wrong
Questions

Generator questions, straight answers.

What size generator does my house need?

It depends on what you want running during an outage. Covering the whole panel takes more capacity than covering essentials like the AC, refrigerator and lights. We calculate it from your actual panel and loads during the free on-site visit — not from a guess over the phone.

How long does installation take?

The on-site work itself moves quickly once the equipment and permit are in hand. The longer waits are usually equipment delivery and the city’s inspection calendar. We give you a realistic schedule at the estimate and photo-document every stage so you can follow the progress.

Do you handle the permits?

Yes. We pull the electrical and gas permits, schedule the city inspection, and stay with the job until it passes. You never deal with the permit office.

Natural gas or propane?

If your home has natural gas service, that is usually the simplest fuel — nothing to refill. Homes without gas service run on propane with an on-site tank. We install and test the fuel line either way and recommend the right setup at the estimate.

How often does a standby generator need maintenance?

The unit exercises itself with a short self-test every week. Beyond that, it needs scheduled service — oil, filter and battery checks — on the manufacturer’s calendar. Our maintenance plans handle that for you, with photos of every visit.

What warranty comes with the install?

Two layers. The generator carries its factory warranty — and as an authorized dealer we handle Generac warranty service directly. Our workmanship is covered separately by a 2-year written warranty, backed by photo documentation of every stage of the install.
